      3-30 minute fitness classes

      CIZE Live        6:30-7:00 pm

      CARDIO STEP: A 60 minute step workout designed to push your cardio into high gear and attack the legs both on and off the step.  This workout will strengthen your heart, improve coordination, and tone your body. MCAP 20

      60 minutes of deep and shallow-water exercises! Challenge yourself to improve your overall health with a range of exercises using a variety of equipment!
