      The Office of Social Justice is excited to head down to Jacksonville Beach, FL for another spring break trip working with Beaches Habitat for Humanity. Join us for a week of service, sun, and reflection.

      60 minutes of smooth water exercises that will improve your flexibility and balance while easing sore muscles and joints. This shallow-water fitness class provides a great opportunity to engage every muscle!  

       
       
    • Pump-n-Power Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      60 minutes of deep water fitness! Improve your cardio health, flexibility, and strength while enjoying a range of exercises using a variety of equipment.

    • Indoor Cycling(Cancelled) Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      INDOOR CYCLING:  Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy. MCAP 12

      RIP ®: A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience. MCAP 20

      GENTLE YOGA: Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome. MCAP 25
