      60 minutes of deep water fitness! Improve your cardio health, flexibility, and strength while enjoying a range of exercises using a variety of equipment.

    • Indoor Cycling Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      INDOOR CYCLING:  Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy. MCAP 12

    • RIP Time: 5:15p - 6:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      RIP ®: A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience. MCAP 20

       
       
    • Gentle Yoga Time: 6:20p - 7:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      GENTLE YOGA: Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome. MCAP 25

       
       
    • Making An Impact Panel 2017(Cancelled) Time: 7:00p - 9:00p Location: Knott Auditorium Details:

      The fourth annual Making An Impact Panel will be held on March 15, 2017 in Knott Auditorium from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.  This event is an opportunity for current students to see how former students have translated their time at the Mount into their professional careers and personal experiences.  The six panelist will consist of alumni from Criminal Justice, Education, and Sociology.
