      60 minutes of smooth water exercises that will improve your flexibility and balance while easing sore muscles and joints. This shallow-water fitness class provides a great opportunity to engage every muscle!  

       
       
    • Pump-n-Power Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      60 minutes of deep water fitness! Improve your cardio health, flexibility, and strength while enjoying a range of exercises using a variety of equipment.

       
       
    • Aflac Meet and Greet Time: 11:00a - 2:00p Location: Patriot Hall, McGowan Center Details:
      Come meet the knowledgeable staff from Aflac and find out what it takes to become a successful insurance agent!  Insurance sales offers the ability to create a flexible schedule and have an unlimited earning potential – you make the rules because it’s your business.  Come by their table in Patriot Hall to learn more about their internship and full-time opportunities.

      RIP ®: A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience. MCAP 20

       
       
    • Indoor Cycling Time: 5:15p - 6:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      INDOOR CYCLING:  Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy. MCAP 12

      GENTLE YOGA: Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome. MCAP 25
