      The Mount is offering 30 courses this summer - online and in the classroom. Get a jump on your credits for fall or catch up on the credits you need. Affordable on-campus housing and meal plan are available. Evening classes are available as well so you can work and still take class.

    • Cardio Step Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 60 minute step workout designed to push your cardio into high gear and attack the legs both on and off the step.  This workout will strengthen your heart, improve coordination, and tone your body

    • Indoor Cycling Time: 5:30p - 6:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

      Dr. Tim Trainor, President of Mount St. Mary's University, and Bill Prudden, Director of Student Engagement, Faculty Development, and Innovative Curriculum for the Mount's Frederick Campus, in association with the Department of History and the Mount's America in the World course present:

    • Zumba Time: 6:00p - 7:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

    • RIP Time: 7:10p - 8:10p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience.
