    • Spin Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy!

    • BODYPUMP Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 19 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.       Lecture - A Life of Service in the Law: From Bosnia to Washington.

      This Pre-law talk will be given by Lawrence J. Morris, Esq. who currently serves as general counsel at Catholic University of America.

      Before joining CUA in 2011, Mr. Morris served 27 years in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. of the Army, retiring as a colonel.

      This event is free and open to the public.
