      The Mount is offering 30 courses this summer - online and in the classroom. Get a jump on your credits for fall or catch up on the credits you need. Affordable on-campus housing and meal plan are available. Evening classes are available as well so you can work and still take class.

    • Indoor Cycling Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

       
       
    • RESCHEDULED: Ducharme Lecture, "Batman's Quest: Saving Gotham and Healing the Soul" Time: 4:00p - 5:00p Location: Knott Auditorium Details:

      Dr. Kurt Blaugher, MSMU Director of Theater and Department of Visual and Performing Arts Associate Professor, and Dr. David McCarthy, MSMU Associate Provost, Professor, and Moral Theologian, will be presenting, "Batman's Quest: Saving Gotham and Healing the Soul."

      The Ducharme Lecture series is an annual lecture series fostering integration of knowledge in the liberal arts curriculum. The series, named for Robert Ducharme, Professor Emeritus of English, is endowed with a gererous gift from Raphael Della Ratta, Class of 1992.

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience. 

       
       
    • Gentle yoga Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome.
