    • Aqua Flex Fitness Class Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      Water fitness class that focuses on flexibility and stretching.  This class is great for anyone suffering from arthritis or recovering from injury or surgery!

       
       
    • Pump 'N' Power Aquatics Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      This class is a medium to high paced deep water exercise class.  Focuses include cardio work as well as strength, and flexibility exercises!

       
       
    • Indoor Cycling Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

       
       
    • RIP Time: 4:15p - 5:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience

       
       
    • Gentle Yoga Time: 5:30p - 6:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome.
