    • Flow & Go Yoga Time: 6:30a - 7:30a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 60 minutes energizing vinyasa flow class that links movement with breath while building strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Leave your yoga practice more calm, focused, balanced, and energized.  All levels welcome.

       

       
       
    • Indoor Cycle Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

    • Butts & Guts Time: 4:30p - 5:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      The name says it all! Dedicate 30 minutes to tighten your glutes and chisel your abs with a variety of exercises  using plates, bands, and bodyweight.   You won’t be disappointed!

       

       
       
    • Rip Strength Time: 5:15p - 6:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience.

       
       
    • Gentle Yoga Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute class that focuses on gentle poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and relieve joint pain. All levels welcome.
