    • Monocacy Start Center Meet and Greet Time: 11:00a - 1:00p Location: Patriot Hall Details:

      The Monocacy Start Center will be on campus looking for both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum. Positions are paid, part-time anywhere from 14-25 hours a week and include paid on-the-job training.

    • Cardio Step Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A 60 minute step workout designed to push your cardio into high gear and attack the legs both on and off the step.  This workout will strengthen your heart, improve coordination, and tone your body. 

       
       
    • Resume Workshop Time: 3:30p - 4:30p Location: Career Center Seminar Room Details:

      Building a strong resume is the first step in a successful job search.  We’ll teach you how!  Learn about  cover letters and references too.   

       
       
    • Indoor Cycling Time: 5:30p - 6:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

       
       
    • Mat Fusion Time: 5:45p - 6:45p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Taking inspiration from ballet barre, Pilates, and yoga, this low-impact, full-body workout class focuses on improving tone, posture, and balance while increasing flexibility and endurance. 

       
       
    • When We Fail...Music Speaks Time: 7:00p - 8:30p Location: Purcell/1808 Details:

      Join the Office of Social Justice to learn about how music can tell the story of culture and social concisness!
