      It is fall, the temperatures are crisp. this is the best time of year for rock climbing. Come see what all the hype is about.

    • ATF Information Session Time: 10:00a - 12:00p Location: O'Hara Details:

      Join us for an information session with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Learn about the agency and their plans for hiring. The session begins at 10am but if you need to leave or come late because of class, please do so. ALL majors are welcome but especially Criminal Justice.  No RSVP required.

      Representatives from the National Security Agency will give information about their agency and discuss the application process for internships and jobs. Come learn about exciting careers with the NSA.  ALL majors are welcome! The session begins at 3pm but if you need to leave early or come late because of class, please do so.       This general yoga practice will help you transform your mind and body by enhancing your strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. Find your inner peace and calmness while feeling stronger and more centered.

       
       
    • Indoor Cycling Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

      iLEAD Resource Manager Stephen Jackson facilitates seminar on leadership traits from clips of a popular movie.

       
       
    • Rip Time: 6:45p - 7:45p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience.
