      Bitcoin is called a cryptocurrency because it is based on cryptography.  This talk will be about the cryptography behind Bitcoin mining and Bitcoin transactions.

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.       Dr. Mark G. Storz, Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences for Graduate Studies and Associate Professor of Education at John Carroll University, will be this year's guest speaker at the fifth annual St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Lecture.  Dr. Storz will be presenting Listening to Those Who Matter Most - Gaining Insights From Our Students About How to be the Best Teachers. He will share his research with over 400 urban middle level students and the insights gained from listening to their experiences and perspectives on the types of teachers and pedagogical practices that help (and hinder) them in being successful in school.  Grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and the experiences of students, Mark will lead us in reflecting on our work as Catholic educators committed to the social justice mission of the Church.

    • BOOTCAMP Time: 7:30p - 8:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      a fusion of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility.  The majority of the exercises are performed with only your body weight; little to no equipment needed.  The objective is to “shock” the body efficiently and effectively to increase strength, heart/lung function, flexibility, and improve posture.  A variety of exercises are introduce at 3 different intensity levels allowing beginners to work alongside high-level athletes
