    • Accounting Evening Time: 3:30p - 5:00p Location: Patriot Hall, McGowan Center Details:

      Don't miss this annual fall event!  Come prepared with professional dress and resume and network with over 15 accounting companies to learn about internship and employment opportunities.  All Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors and MBA students are invited to attend.  Please note this year the location has changed to Patriot Hall.

      This general yoga practice will help you transform your mind and body by enhancing your strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. Find your inner peace and calmness while feeling stronger and more centered.

       
       
    • Indoor Cycling Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy.

       
       
    • Leading through Film Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: Phillips Library- Library 102 Details:

      iLEAD Resource Manager Stephen Jackson facilitates leadership seminar on film clips from popular movies.

      Refreshments provided. Raffle tickets for attendees.

       
       
    • Rip Time: 6:45p - 7:45p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training by using weights and bodyweight in every movement plane.  The safe, motivating exercises and great music create a thrilling results-based fitness class experience.
