Center for Student Engagement and Success
The Mount offers unlimited opportunities for students, and with the right resources we can help you navigate your way to reaching your goals—and if you're not sure what your goals are, we can help you define them so you can choose the path that is right for you.
The Center for Student Engagement and Success (CSES) provides guidance, mentoring, and a place to go to find the resources to help you tie your whole Mount experience together.
Find resources for
Personal Success – Learn how to navigate life as a college student from day one. Your personal journey of self-discovery takes on a new form when you move to college, and that can be a little scary. With the right support and resources you can identify and master the skills you need to define, and find, your own personal success. Hint: listening, communicating, volunteering, and working on teams are excellent leadership skills that go a long way to helping you discover your best self.
Academic Success – Complete your degree on time and become a well-rounded scholar. This is your main job in college, and we help make it easier with the assistance of your own personal academic dashboard to monitor your success.
Professional Success – Build your résumé with “real world” experience that complements your degree. Tap into the power of the Mount Alumni Network (Career Pathways) to find internships, or engage in on-campus development opportunities like mentoring or leadership positions that will help you when seeking your first job out of school.
