Peer Tutor Request Form

Peer Tutor Requests are now being accepted for the Fall 2015 semester. Please note that there may be additional wait time for tutor assignments due to the high volume of requests received during the first few weeks of the semester. You should hear about your Peer Tutor within about a week.

Please complete the following form in order to request a Peer Tutor. If a tutor is currently available to meet your needs, you should receive an e-mail in a few days containing the contact information for your peer tutor. It is up to you and the tutor to arrange a regular meeting time. If a tutor is unavailable at this time, you will be informed of this by e-mail, and all attempts will be made to obtain a tutor who can assist you.

Paper copies of this form can also be obtained from the front desk at Learning Services and submitted to Kristin M. Sites, Assistant Director of Learning Services, in the 1st floor of Archbishop Borders Hall. If you have any questions or if you do not hear about your tutor within a week, you can contact Mrs. Sites at or 301-447-5133.
