► Login to Parchment Exchange to create an account (new users) or login to the Parchment Exchange (returning users).
► Seminarians, request your transcript from the Seminary Registrar.

Login to Parchment Exchange and order a printed, paper copy of your transcript to be shipped by the United States Postal Service.
Processing time: minimum of 3-5 business days. (This does not include mailing time.)*
► FedEx Expedited Mail (additional fee)
Login to Parchment Exchange and order a printed, paper copy of your transcript shipped by FedEx.
Processing time: 24 hours. Overnight delivery.*
*Note: transcript requests are honored once Accounting and Finance has given clearance to requestor's financial account.
Receive In-Person Transcripts
Login to Parchment Exchange and order a printed, paper copy of your transcript to be retrieved from the Office of the Registrar on the Emmitsburg Campus. Requestor must present photo ID to pick-up the transcript.
