Staff Employee of the Month
The Staff Affairs Committee is seeking nominations for the Employee of the Month Award. This award recognizes a staff employee who consistently demonstrates a high degree of excellence, professionalism and integrity in his/her work related duties, and who has proven the willingness to extend his/her help to others in the Mount community. Nominations are accepted anytime throughout the year.
The following criteria should be used in seeking a Staff Employee for the Employee of the Month Award.
- Must be a Mount support staff employee who is currently employed in a regular, part time or full time ten (10) month or twelve (12) month position. To determine if an employee is eligible, please contact Brenda McKeel in Human Resources.
- Excellence in Performance - going above and beyond job expectations.
- Professionalism and Leadership.
- Positive Attitude.
- Contribution to advancing, at least, one or more of the four pillars:
Faith — Proud to be a faith filled Christian and sets a good example of their faith by their actions.
Discovery — Helps others and self to discover the Mount and our neighbors and to explore experiences and opportunities here at the Mount.
Leadership — to seek and accept leadership positions in our work at the Mount and in our communities.
Community — continually strives to be an example of what the Mount community can and should be. A place where our Christian virtues are evident, especially in how we care for each other and those in the larger society knowing that we represent the Mount in everything we do.
The Staff Employee of the Month Award includes:
American Express Gift Cheque
Chocolates from Zoe's Chocolate Company
Employee of the Month Awards Plaque, Mount Mug and Key Chain, Group Photograph, and email announcement to the Mount community
