Graduate Assistant Positions

Mount St. Mary's University accepts Graduate Assistantship applications throughout the academic year. Students must be admitted to a graduate degree program at the Mount to be eligible for a graduate assistantship position.

Apply for the 2018-19 school year by March 30 to be considered for the fall semester.

Work Study Positions

Work Study is a federal financial aid program in which students may work part-time for an hourly wage on the Mount St. Mary's University campus. Students must be awarded federal financial aid through the FAFSA program.  Students who have been awarded Work Study by Financial Aid for the 2018-2019 AY are eligible to apply for employment starting July 9, 2018.  Students are encouraged to apply over the summer, and may apply to multiple jobs to increase your chances of securing one (1) campus job before August 20th.

Having a Federal Work‐Study award does not guarantee you a job on campus. You will need to apply, interview and be selected as you would in any job.  All Work Study opportunities are listed below for your reference.

For eligibility information, or questions please contact the Financial Aid Office.
