Student Employment Opportunities

Graduate Assistant Positions

Mount St. Mary's University accepts Graduate Assistantship applications throughout the academic year. Students must be admitted to a graduate degree program at the Mount to be eligible for a graduate assistantship position.

Apply for the 2018-19 school year by March 30 to be considered for the fall semester.

Work Study Positions

Work Study is a federal financial aid program in which students may work part-time for an hourly wage on the Mount St. Mary's University campus. Students must be awarded federal financial aid through the FAFSA program.

Non-Work Study  Employment

Students who do not qualify for Work Study may still work part-time for an hourly wage on the Mount St. Mary's University campus if positions are available. Summer Employment

Summer at the Mount offers a limited number of student jobs; complete a summer application and return to the Department of Human Resources by the deadline, May 4, 2018. Submission of application does not guarantee employment.

Applicants may choose to learn more about the Campus Security Act, which contains the annual compilation of criminal incidents charged or alleged on campus grounds. Written copies of the report may be requested from Public Safety.
