Information Technology Service Center (ITSC) Helpdesk – Non-Work Study Position

Job Description: Assist Mount community with the use of technology, answer phones/creating call tickets, trouble-shooting Workday, software and hardware problems, assisting with basic software installation, virus removal, deploying and setting up A/V equipment for use in classrooms and campus events, and other duties as assigned. Hours are flexible to students schedules.

Job Type:  Reguolar student employment

Work Schedule:  M-F, 20 hours per week, weekends

Special Skills:  Microsoft Office products, good customer and computer skills, and A/V.
