National Alumni Association Elections
Elect new Alumni Association Officers and Council members.
April 1 to May 1, 2015
Alumni are asked to elect one President, three Vice Presidents, and seven National Alumni Council members.
Newly elected Officers and Council Members will be formally inducted at Mass, during Reunion Weekend, 2015.

Alumni are asked to elect one president, three vice presidents and seven council members.
Elect 1 • Term 2 years (2015–2017)
There is one National Alumni Association President. The President provides leadership and direction for the National Alumni Association, communicates with Association officers about their responsibilities, plans the schedule of events, and makes appointments to committees as necessary during the four year term.

Elect 1 Seminary Alumni • Term 2 years (2015–2017)
There are three National Alumni Association Vice Presidents: one Executive Vice President and two Vice Presidents. The university candidate who receives the most votes in the election will be named Executive Vice President.
Vice Presidents of the Mount St. Mary's University National Alumni Association play a critical role in helping to foster a positive relationship between the University and her alumni. Each Vice President provides leadership and direction for the National Alumni Association and works closely with the President and represents the University at alumni events in the absence of the President.
Should the President resign or the office otherwise become vacant during the term elected, the Executive Vice President shall immediately succeed to that office and serve as such for the remainder of the term for which the President was elected.
National Alumni Council Member
Elect 7 • Term 4 years (2015–2019)
Members of the National Alumni Council play a critical role in helping to foster a positive relationship between the University and her alumni. Council members provide leadership and direction for the National Alumni Association and are responsible for the control and management of the affairs of the Association to protect the interest of the general membership.
The National Alumni Association of Mount St. Mary’s University will hold its election for Officers and Council members from April 1 through May 1, 2015.
Each alum may vote only once, either online using their unique 10 digit ID number (Example: 0000012345) or by submitting a paper ballot.
Voting deadline is May 1, 2015
Alumni may vote online using the online secure ballot.
Each Alum will need their unique ID number which is included an email and the mailing label of the election postcard sent to each alumni.
While we encourage you to vote online, you may request a paper ballot, but you will no longer be able to vote online.

Beginning April 1, 2015 you can vote online using your Secure Online Ballot developed by the Mount St. Mary's University of Institutional Research.

Notes : Each ID number can only be used once.
All 10 digits of the ID number must be keyed in correctly.

An annonymous ballot will be sent and your online ballot will be blocked.
All alumni are invited to cast one ballot. If you request a paper ballot, you will no longer be able to vote online.
1. When will the results of the Association of Alumni election be announced?
According to the National Alumni Association Constitution, all successful candidates for election shall assume their office or Council position during the Annual Alumni Weekend. Results of this election will be available by May 15, 2015.

3. Who may vote in Association of Alumni elections?
All alumni may vote. Alumni are defined as those who have matriculated at Mount St. Mary’s, or who have received a graduate degree from the Mount.
4. Could you clarify the ways in which alumni can vote in this election?
