Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome
PNC Fitness Center Orientation Time: 1:30p - 2:30p Location: Knott ARCC PNC Fitness Center Details:
Learn how to use and set the PNC Fitness Center equipment safely and properly. The trainer/instructor will offer advice on repetitions and sets as well.
