    • Mount Swim Club Practice Time: 12:30p - 2:00p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      MSMU Swim Club is part of the Campus Recreation Club Sports program and is open to Mount St. Mary's students.

       
       
    • Spin Time: 12:30p - 1:30p Location: Knott ARCC-Spin Studio Details:

      Instructors will guide you through several workout phases including warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), a water bottle and lots of positive energy

    • BODYATTACK Time: 5:15p - 6:15p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instruction and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals

    • BODYFLOW Time: 6:20p - 7:20p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

       
       
    • Hydrofit & Laps Time: 6:30p - 7:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      The Hydrofit Water Fitness Class will share the pool with 2-3 lanes of lap swimmers.
