      The pool will be shared with children participating in the Fun Camp Program sponsored by the Frederick County Public Schools.

       
       
    • BODYPUMP Time: 12:00p - 1:00p Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

      the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
