    • BODYPUMP Time: 9:15a - 10:15a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      This 30-60 minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like Squats, Presses. Lifts, and Curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for…and fast.  Space is limited to 24 people per class.  Get here early to sign in!

       
       
    • Yoga Time: 10:20a - 11:20a Location: Knott ARCC-Group Exercise Studio Details:

      Improve the way you look and feel with a relaxing 60 minute workout that focuses on high energy flowing poses. This class will strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, relieve joint pain, and burn calories! All levels welcome.

       
       
    • Rec Swim Time: 11:00a - 7:30p Location: ARCC - Pool Details:

      1-3 lanes available for lap swimming plus additional space for fitness and recreation.
