Emmitsburg Campus

The Criminal Justice Student Association (CJSA) will be hosting its annual intercollegiate CSI Challenge on March 21, 2015 on the Emmitsburg Campus.  The Challenge is co-hosted by the Frederick Police Department along with participation from the Pennsylvania State Police and former members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol.  It was established to encourage educational pursuits in the career fields of forensic science and criminal investigation.  Teams consisting of three students each demonstrate their skills in crime scene processing, evidence collection and preservation, case preparation, and investigative presentation that will be judged by practicing professionals.  Last year students from University of Maryland, Towson University, George Mason University and Guelph-Humber University of Ontario, Canada participated in the challenge.
