The work of the Office of Solidarity, Engagement, and Success is grounded in the conviction that we flourish not in isolation, but in community, when we take responsibility for one another and commit ourselves to the good of all. Guided by the Catholic Social Teaching principle of solidarity, we strive to create an environment where the dignity of every person is honored and where each individual is supported and encouraged to grow.
Our efforts aim to ensure that all members of the community can succeed by participating fully, contributing meaningfully, and experiencing a sense of connection and purpose. As our campus and society continue to change, we embrace the opportunity and responsibility to build a community that reflects the richness of human experience.
