Adult Undergraduate Degree in Communication, B.S.

Complete Your Bachelor’s Degree in Frederick

Regardless of field, communication skills are vital. Medical researchers need support in publishing their breakthrough discoveries. Economists interpret data and need to share their findings with others. Government agencies benefit from those who can write press releases and speak to the public. And nonprofits must persuade others to support their causes. That’s what those in communication do each day. Advance your career with a degree in communication by attending evening or online classes designed for working adults at Mount St. Mary’s University.

Making it easy to go back to school

The Division of Graduate, Professional and Continuing Education strives to make it easy for adults to go back to school on a part-time basis, holding classes in the evening one to two nights per week at our convenient Frederick campus. It's important to us that you feel supported, can maintain your work-life balance, and have access to all of the resources you need to be a successful student.

Our faculty and advisors are here to work one-on-one with you to develop your degree plan, and to help keep you on track to finish your degree. We make the traditional college resources available to you to aid in your success, such as our Career Center, Writing Center, Library and Learning Services Office, just to name a few.
