The Interdisciplinary Studies program at the Mount is for students who want to combine two related subjects into one major. You'll work with your advisor to create a custom plan, focusing on the coursework that will result in your degree goals. The program can be a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, depending on the courses you choose.
The Division of Continuing Studies strives to make it easy for adults to go back to school on a part-time basis, with classes in the evening one night per week both online and in-person at our convenient Frederick campus. It's important to us that you feel supported, can maintain your work-life balance, and have access to all of the resources you need to be a successful student.
Our faculty and advisors are here to work one-on-one with you to develop your degree plan, and to help keep you on track to finish your degree. We make the traditional college resources available to you to aid in your success, such as our Career Center, Writing Center, Library and Learning Services Office, just to name a few.
