Coursework & Format

Our program is best suited for mid-career professionals currently working in the healthcare field. However, professionals at all stages in their careers, from new entrants to the profession to practicing physicians, have found academic and career success. As a student in the program you will:

  • Finish in only 1-2 years. 12 courses are offered in 8-week sessions, allowing you to focus on one class at a time.
  • Attend convenient classes. Courses are offered both synchronous and asynchronous online.
  • Receive support from classmates and faculty.

At the completion of the program, you will also be a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Affordability & Financial Aid

$25,200 – Estimated total cost of program tuition.* No additional fees.

  • Cost is based on 36 credits (twelve (12) classes) at $700 per credit
  • Students may transfer in up to nine (9) credits
  • Peregrine Academic Services prerequisite courses may be needed based on transcript analysis at $44 per course
  • No application fee

*Tuition represents 2023-24 rates, effective July 1, 2023. Tuition is subject to change without notice.

Financial Aid

Students may seek financial assistance through federal and state-funded programs, private loan providers, employer tuition remission or reimbursement, or deferment of undergraduate loans. The Mount also has a variety of employer tuition remission or reimbursement agreements with local businesses and community colleges, so you may just get a discount from your employer or previous college. Admissions & Application

The MHA is designed for individuals who completed a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited four-year institution. Additionally, students must demonstrate one of the following:

  • Undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or higher or
  • Two full years of relevant work experience or
  • 500 minimum score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)

Application Process

  • Classes begin: January, March, May, July, August, October
  • Admissions Deadline: Two weeks prior to the session start date
  • Priority Application Deadline: Four weeks prior to the start of the first course
  • No application fee

A complete application includes:

  • Free online application
  • Official undergraduate transcript(s) from all accredited four-year institutions attended after high school
  • Résumé detailing professional experience
  • GMAT score (if required based on GPA or work experience)
  • Additional requirements for international students may be required
