Tuition and Fees

Our master's level program is committed to providing high-quality education at an affordable cost, with tuition and fees structured to ensure accessibility for all students. We understand that financing your education is a significant investment, and we strive to make this process as manageable as possible. Our tuition rates are competitive, and we offer a range of financial aid options, including the opportunity to apply for our Care for America Scholarship, to help reduce the financial burden.

In our mission to reduce barriers to education, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all students can thrive. By prioritizing affordability and support, we aim to empower students from diverse backgrounds to pursue their academic and professional goals without financial constraints standing in the way.

Care for America Scholarship

The Care for America Scholarship is a full-tuition scholarship. Recipients of the Care from America scholarships must work full-time for two years at a high-need partner institution after graduation. During this period, students can select their desired practice location from partner institutions that offer them employment. Two scholarships will be awarded for the Mount's inaugural class of PA students.

Accreditation Status

The ARC-PA has granted Accreditation-Provisional status to the Mount St. Mary's University Physician Assistant Program sponsored by Mount St. Mary's University.

Accreditation-Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program’s ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program holding Accreditation-Provisional status appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.

Accreditation-Provisional does not ensure any subsequent accreditation status. It is limited to no more than five years from matriculation of the first class.
