An accounting minor is a great complement to virtually any major. Whether your career plan involves business, social services, the arts, education or health care, a solid understanding of accounting principles will enable you to better manage your organization’s or department’s finances.
The courses offered cover fundamental accounting principles, preparing and understanding financial statements, managerial accounting, generally accepted accounting principles and macroeconomics.
