Camp Goals

The primary goal of this camp is to help you in getting more college-ready. We do this by demystifying the college experience. As middle school students you probably have a lot of questions about college. During your time on campus you will have many opportunities to experience college life for yourself. By the end of camp, you will achieve the following:

  • a deeper, more realistic understanding of college life and the opportunities a college education and degree provide;
  • increased self-awareness regarding your various strengths and weaknesses;
  • a sense of accomplishment for facing and overcoming challenges;
  • improved academic and life skills; and
  • new and deeper friendships.
