The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business has an impeccable reputation for producing successful business leaders. As a student in the Bolte School, you will be taught by true leaders in their fields of business. Doctoral-level and professionally experienced faculty teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs.

While in the program, you’ll study economics, marketing, information systems, business law, accounting, strategy, corporate finance and social responsibility. This variety of coursework will allow you to pursue careers from consulting to business development to sales and marketing and beyond.     The Bolte School sponsors several clubs and organizations: from major specific student clubs and honor societies to interactive events and experiential opportunities.

    The Bolte School encourages students to seek internship opportunities through the Career Center to extend their classroom learning and to enhance their attractiveness to prospective employees. Students have found jobs and internships with top firms such as the “Big Four”—PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and KPMG—as well as regional and local public accounting firms.

  • Centre for Integral Ecology, Economy and iMpact

    At the Mount, we are using the model for Integral Impact Ecology to transform our students in the classroom, create positive synergies with local businesses and organizations, and partner with international groups and peoples to co-create new opportunities for integral human development. We then unleash students’ creative problem solving initiatives through support of the CIEEM and the Palmieri Center for Entrepreneurship.

  • Bloomberg Finance Lab

    The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business Bloomberg Finance Lab provides real world experience for students in the fast-paced business and finance environment, training them to succeed in the constantly changing world of the global markets.
