Homeschool Students

More and more homeschool students are choosing Mount St. Mary's University as the place to continue their education. We believe that an individualized approach is most beneficial in the admissions process, which is why we have a Homeschool Student Coordinator who will work with you and your parents every step of the way.

Each applicant for admission is evaluated carefully on an individual basis, taking into account indicators of the student's ability to succeed at the Mount. The most important factors we consider are the student's curriculum and performance in academic coursework. Standardized test scores are also weighed in relation to the above considerations.

If you are interested in learning more about Mount St. Mary's University, please call the Admissions Office at 301-447-5214 to schedule a campus visit, including a tour and discussion with our Homeschool Student Coordinator. You can also schedule your visit using our Campus Visit page.
