Aquatics

To provide the safest environment possible for our community as we fight the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Knott Athletic Recreation Convocation Complex (ARCC) is currently open for Mount students and employees only.

While the pool is being used primarily for athletics, several hours each week are available for lap swimming. Members of the Mount Community can make reservations to swim laps by creating a free account at www.imleagues.com/msmary and reserving a space. All reservation slots last for 50-60 minutes.

Water Fitness Classes

All Water Fitness classes are canceled until further notice.

The pool is a great place to get in shape, recover from injury, or build your strength with a new fluid movement, and our aquatics programs are designed to do just that.

  • Aqua Flex

This class is great for anyone suffering from arthritis, recovering from surgery or an injury, or starting a new workout regimen. This program allows you to exercise with minimal strain on your joints and muscles, and the gentle activities help you gain strength and flexibility, resulting in decreased pain and stiffness.

    SCHEDULE: TBD

  • Pump'N' Power Aquatics

This minimal stress workout gives you a great workout with exercises performed in the deep water with the use of floatation and resistance equipment. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.

    SCHEDULE:  TBD

Youth Swimming Lessons

The Department of Campus Recreation hopes to offer swimming lessons during the summer of 2021.
