The Knott ARCC is home to the Mount's 25-meter, six-lane multi-purpose pool. The Office of Campus Recreation offers a variety of aquatic programming such as community membership lap and recreational swim, youth swim classes and aquatic fitness classes.
Mount St. Mary’s Instructional Swimming Program offers a progressive swimming curriculum to children between the ages of six months to 14 years in an effort to teach the youth of our community to swim and be safe in and around the water.

This class is great for anyone suffering from arthritis, recovering from surgery or an injury, or starting a new workout regiment. This program allows you to exercise with minimal strain on your joints and muscles, and the gentle activities help you gain strength and flexibility, resulting in decreased pain and stiffness.
SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30-10:30 a.m. / new members join anytime.
This minimal stress workout gives you a great workout with exercises performed in the deep water with the use of floatation and resistance equipment. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.

Purchase a 20-class card in the Aquatic Office with check or credit card. Class cards expire one year after purchase.
