The following areas of the ARCC are available for use by the Mount Community and ARCC Members.
Begin with an introductory consultation which includes a baseline assessment, brief health appraisal, discussion of health and exercise history, and goal setting. Your workout program will be designed based on the information gathered. Training sessions are scheduled based on trainer/client availability.
Personal training is available to all Mount students, Mount Community members, and ARCC members. If interested in training sessions, please submit a personal training request form.

If you need to cancel your personal training appointment, you must do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be sent directly to the trainer via email, phone call, or text message. You must receive a confirmation of cancellation from the trainer. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 12-hours notice, you will be charged for the full session.
The Evolt Body Composition Reader is a simple-to-use 60-second scan that provides detailed data about a body through more than 40 measurements. Once someone scans, they can either have the results printer or viewed through the EVOLT app on their own device.
