Set atop a stable paddleboard, this unique experience invites you to move, breathe, and flow while gently floating in the pool. The subtle movement of the water engages your core, sharpens balance, and encourages deep focus, helping you stay fully present in each pose. Two sessions are being offered: 12:30-1:15 pm or 1:30-2:15 pm. Free to all Mount Students and Employees. Wear appropriate swim attire and bring a towel! Register for paddleboard yoga.
