This Lent, answer the call to give alms by donating to those in need! Operation Mato Grosso's annual Lenten food drive aims to help fight food insecurity in underprivileged communities in South America. Pick up one of the following food items: rice, pasta, flour, sugar, canned goods, oil, and place them in one of the drop off bins located in Patriot Hall, Lower McGowan, the Knott Academic Center, and 1st Floor Bradley between February 18 and April 8. All food donations will be distributed to Operation Mato Grosso mission locations, providing free meals in schools, soup kitchens, hospitals, clinics, orphanages and more. Thank you in advance for your generosity! If you would like to help collect or package the food, please reach out to the Center for Service at cfs@msmary.edu.
