A Developing Partnership

The Semester of Service program was derived through the growing partnership between Mount St. Mary’s University and the Daughters of Charity known as Seton Dubois. Named for their founders (Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton and Father John DuBois) the Seton Dubois Initiative recognized that this program fit well at the forefront of its mission to serve others as well as the Church.

This Semester of Service will allow me to truly live among the people and learn in a more enriching and engaging way. I want to actively take a part in the care and betterment of society that is the goal of the Mount’s education.
