Hybrid graduate certificate program for working adults.

The Mount's program is designed for working adults. As a student in the Mount's program you will:

  • Attend convenient classes. The hybrid format allows you to take online classes from home and also meet on weeknights at our convenient Frederick campus, minutes from I-70 and I-270.
  • Work toward your master's degree. Certified teachers may apply certificate credits to a Master of Education with a concentration in technology facilitation.


$8,250 - Estimated total cost of program, including tuition and fees*.

  • Cost is based on 15 credits (five (5) classes) at $550 per credit.
  • No application fee.
  • Students may seek financial assistance though federal and state-funded programs, private loan providers, employer tuition remission or reimbursement.

Admissions requirements

The graduate certificate in technology facilitation is designed for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree in any field. Admissions requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a minimum 2.75 GPA.

  • Official undergraduate transcript(s) from all accredited four-year institutions attended after high school.
