BINGO is a game of chance in which players mark off numbers on cards as the numbers are drawn randomly by a caller, the winner being the first person to mark off five numbers in a row. If you are a lucky winner, you may receive one of our awesome prizes! This event is open to all students (first-year and returning students) and is free to play. No pre-registration is required for this event (Mount ID required for check-in purposes).
Before he became a martyr, Blessed Stanley Rother was a seminarian — right here at Mount St. Mary's Seminary. Now his story is coming to the big screen in American Martyr: The Blessed Stanley Rother Story, a feature-length documentary narrated by Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner Martin Sheen. The film traces Rother's path from Oklahoma priest to missionary, serving the Tzu'tujil people of Santiago Atitlán, Guatemala, until his martyrdom during the Guatemalan Civil War — a true story of a life spent in service to God and others.

As freshman Mac Ridgely joined hundreds of new students on move-in day at Mount St. Mary's University on Sunday, he took time to reflect on why the school was the right choice for him.
Ridgely, a recent graduate of Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, said the Mount stood out among a dozen colleges he looked at because its programs were presented with a personal touch.

The ESPN at MSM program is recruiting new members for both camera and studio positions for the Fall 2026 semester. Students can earn academic credit by enrolling in either an internship (COMM 480) or a one-credit practicum (COMM 208). There is one internship opportunity available for the fall, but practicum participation is unlimited, allowing you to help broadcast Mount St. Mary's Division I athletic events.

Frederick County Public Schools plans to launch programs with Hood College and Mount St. Mary's University after receiving a state grant to help teachers working in schools become fully licensed.

Celebrate the end of the first week of classes with Tiki Dance in the Palmieri Activities Center (PAC)! This luau-themed late-night dance party features a live authentic Hawaiian dance performance (courtesy of Tuika’s Polynesian Island Magic) and a professional DJ. Students can meet and mingle with the performers between 8 pm and 8:45pm; the live performance will begin at 9 pm. Students can hit the dance floor from 10:30pm to 12:30 am. Free food and refreshments will be served during the event.
